Noobs can't write tutorials to help other noobs unless they are less nooby than the noobs they are writing the tutorial for.
Since you are the average noob, you are the one needing to read a tutorial from a less-nooby person than yourself.

I admit the flashes I have submitted are a little nooby, but now I am less-nooby than the average noob (you) so I have the right to talk about noobs like I am not one of them. You do not have this right.

Yet I suggest you read some tuts yourself before you go and advise other noobs.
