Needs more work
It's a nice idea, but it needs more work like:
more backgrounds,
better ninja to dress up ( not stickman ),
more music ( that part was ok though )
and more items like kunai ( Japanese throwing/fighting knives )

Good attempt
It is a bit simple, and there isn't much in it, but simple can be good sometimes. It seems like a good attempt and I liked the background music, and stick figures are cool ^.^
Now I'm not here to criticize... but!
Ok, this game is obviously done by someone who is new to flash.
When you do scenes, you need something that is bold and beautiful... something that makes you want to look at the screen without poking your eyeballs out.
You need a new one to make a collection of the items, not just scattered around on the screen.
You need to have a reason behind making a random ninja, such as, why don't you make a fighting game with the ninja (I know your not to that level yet, but work on it.)
If I was you I would personally keep your AS and blam the rest of the file, I would be ashamed to save it as a file let a lone upload it to the internet for the whole world to see.
Good work on uploading the file though, now you just need to learn how to design. I don't mean this in a negative way, just not a good way.

This needs A LOT more work done to it. When you listed the things in the description, I didn't think that was everything. Sadly, it is. Most of the things in this alleged game make no sense? Are those mittens or hands? Why does a stick person need actual hands? Why is he a stick person? Why is the katana more of a long sword? Why can he wear sunglasses:He's a "ninja"? If he can wear a head piece and (Shoes, looks like?), why can't he have a torso? Why are the two "different" backgrounds so bad:One he is in no where land, The other a slope with a dead body just lying there?
More Importantly: Why was the game released when it was? Bleh.
