loved it!
mainly because I know just whathe's talking about. officials throwing lots of money at shiney projects and ignoring much needed road maintenance that could be done at a fraction of a fraction (not a typo) of the cost. Wal*Mart associates or ASS-sociopaths being more of a hinderance than help. but that's not entirely their fault. that place slowly dissolves away your soul, I should know! but I digress. this was excellent and I wouldn't be surprised if it made frontpage! eagerly awaiting more
