Heh... if only the eldar had a farseer It would have been a lot easier on their forces...
The Spehess Mahrens would have pwned the eldar so easily though if it had been a mix of Grey Knights (for close combat) and Sisters of Battle (for shooting and BURNING THE FILTHY ELDAR WITCHES!!!)
Critique: Try to work on your facial animations a little more. It will help with the overall effect. Also, in a fight scene try to keep the action paced to the music you pick. The events should have been moving faster for the music you picked to keep the tension up. It's not an easy thing to do but it REALLY enhances the result. :3

I loved every part, and im a warhammer fan xD The animation was really good, slightly choppy but there was alot of stuff going on. Keep it up.
However, some of that conflicted with the Warhammer lore, like the Ultra Marines would never have used that many space marines. I think there is only 100 in a chapter (such as the blood ravens, ultramarines or black templars, correct me if i am wrong), there may be a thousand but that would have probably wiped out the entire chapter xD. I also think the Eldar would not have tried a frontal assault, they are a dying race and they normally flank or surprise attack. They normally use hit and run tactics :) (holy crap sorry for the rant xD)

this was awesome, and aint cuz im a big 40k fan either, pretty good animation and i just got to throw this out there dreadnoughts are f'n sweet, if you throw some chaos in the mix now that i would love to see
