Scriptwise I would say that you shouldn't have taken the ammo joke as closer, something with an explosion or squishing would have been better I think.

It's actually worse if you're a metroid fan; then it comes across as a rather disgraceful attempt at a tribute.
While you tried, this is still seriously pathetic...I'm no master at using flash, but you can do better at this. Samus's voice sucked, but at least you tried there; the drawing was horrible, but I can't really say that you tried there. The thing is, the "AWESOME" series compensates for the drawing drawback by having large quantities of humor and by having at least decent voices; however, a guy trying to voice a girl doesn't work very well; anybody trying to actually VOICE Samus, who doesn't talk anyway, is on a damn hard road.
In short...don't make flashes on a whim; or, put simply:
OMG TRY HARDUR!!1
