Reviews for "Vector Runner"

I wasn't that impressed by this. It's mostly because it just isn't well detailed and you're going through the same area over and over. That being said, I did appreciate it for its simplicity. You didn't seem to want to make anything flashy. The sound effects are pretty good too. I thought it would be impossible for me to pick up one of those green things, but it wasn't that hard. It just gets redundant after awhile.

There could just be better colors used. It's harmless for what it is, just not something that I would really recommend. It is kind of unique in its execution. I have played games like this before, but not ones like this recently. I also wish that you could get rid of the penalty for pausing.

Okay...

I love retro games like these (Remind me of the star wars arcade game.) Nice old school graphics, and old school sound effects are top notch, and the shield power ups are placed very well. But it runs rather choppy, and the point blocks are usually to close to towers, which adds a nice challenge, but that's when the game runs smoothly. As an old school game lover, it's good; but not everyone can appreciate retro gaming.

good job

i likedit, simple but good, only i find it kind hard to monouver trough tight spots, the controls are a litle to jumpy but that just makes it harder to play, (maybe ment to be)
i would like to see some curves :) that might be fun,

i just don't understand what u mean with try this on the wii? wii is a game console

DigYourOwnGrave responds:

If your Wii is hooked up to the internet, you can browse the web and play online Flash games. I'm hoping to make the game Wii compatible, but I don't own a Wii yet.

I agree with Tranzphonic!

It is a really good game but the controls are a bit annoying.

You've nearly got them right but, for a second, while you try to steer, it feels more like one of those 'keep the thing balanced on the other thing' games where you have to hold the direction button and it won't do it, then it suddenly does and you've gone too far and you have to pull back.

That may sound like crazy talk but it's the only way I can think of to describe it.

If you could tweak the steering slightly it could be a great game.

Looks good, wastes time!

I like the look and feel of the game. However, it makes me yawn.
