It takes time to create a work of art, and although it took longer, the quality has improved since the first videos in the series. Just keep up the good work, and it'll keep getting better!

You could've really picked a better song for the theme. There's plenty more anime's with a better song, bleach second opening or you could've used a song like linkin-park, faint. Also the battle scene dragged out a little longer than would be considered reasonable and some of the moves dragged out a bit. What you need is faster action and less intense moves. Take an example from the super mario brothers Z series on newgrounds. Both movies use dragon ball sound effects. And as for background music, search cell theme remix by grand master in the audio portal. It would be cool for when seo goes virus
But all in all a good effort but try to make it shorter and more sweet. The Voiceovers were really good, the sound effects fit and the art was nice. It was an original storyline which I enjoy as well. Not perfect but pretty good. You could improve so I won't give you 'top' marks but I'll give you an 8 and a 4.
