I'm not feeling it... at all
This would have been alot better if you really animated it. Just moving him slightly, his little bounce, and his leg takes very little time to do, and has nothing to do with any talent. Although the drawing itself isn't bad, it's very boring watching a single picture "moving" without animation. You probably could make a better submission , this just isn't that one.
