Reviews for "A Dragon's Revenge"

this movie changed my life

whoever made this movie is a genius. the takeoff is much better, and the castle looks great.

OxSox responds:

Thanks I'm glad you liked it!

Incredable

That was cool how the dragon blow up the castle. Look's like they'll never mess with another dragon ever again.

you can tell a lot of work went into this

this was pretty good. Great job on the art work too! i love what you did with the shadowing too (especially with the windmill) lots of people over look the importance of shadows like these. I like how it went from the story in the book, then zoomed in on the picture and the movie sort of starts fromt here, it works really smoothly. great job! haha i loved the moral of the story too. funny!

Very nice!

That was really funny and nicely drawn story, the beginning where the man reads the book is kinda useless with the story, but is a good intro.
You should make it better animation when the castle burns down, but I think you made it in purpose like that so it would look more hilarious.
Make it longer and longer, add there a little fight or something and your on your way to frontpage!

Mutantspider: My 96th review! Yeah!

OxSox responds:

Thanks for the review. I guess it is kinda silly that the fireball could destroy the castle that quickly, but I it was meant to, I guess, kinda exaggerate the power of the fireball/dragon. Also, call me a traditionalist, but I feel that movies need more plot than dragon blows up castle for no real reason. I'm not editing this movie again, but I hope that my next movie will be better and perhaps a bit more to your liking.

Well the movie was okay,

But the description wasn't. By justifying your "right" to re-submit, you automatically antagonize an armada of voters, hereby immensely lowering your score. By trying to cover for yourself, you killed your own score instead.

It was better without.

Also, the book in the beginning is really blurry. Fix that first impression.

OxSox responds:

Well, I guess it's a bit late to really fix it. I should have run it by ice first I suppose. You know what though, I don't care too much about the low score, the reason I undertook this project to begin with is to become a better animator and I feel like I've done that. I'm quite confident the next thing I do is going to score much better because of what I've learned from this project. And next time I'll try not to piss of my target audience so much in the authors notes. I hope that you'll be able to give me your input on future projects as well.
