Regardless of being able to create flash or not
Gando, if a game is bad then it is bad. knowing how to make flash games doesn't mean that every other game in the world suddenly becomes one notch better. because honestly if you're going to use that kind of argument then why should flash authors even bother putting up their content in the first place?
if you ordered a slice of pizza and (assuming you've previously had pizza from various places) should you not know to some extent if this slice was a good or a bad one? whether it be taste, texture, smell, appearance... you have an opinion about it. now if you told your friend that the pizza sucked, would he say to you "yea? well let's see you make a better one?" please realize that whether you can make pizza or not is not a valid factor in being able to judge. and beyond that, most people who eat pizza eat it because they don't know how to make it! it's the same with flash. we go to sites like newgrounds to check out other people's work because we can't make our own.
furthermore, if someone were proud of their own work then it should be enough that they completed it. but because they posted it to the public, that obviously means that they're expecting some sort of criticism. and by giving it a 10/10 in spite of your own true opinion, you're not helping anyone. and that goes to everybody that says "let's see you make a better flash." we rate these as such because we HAVE seen better flash games. and these flash authors who put so much effort into making these games deserve nothing short of an honest opinion.
