It's short, artistic and well made. I particulary like the part where he conjures up the grass. Good sound effect for that one, too. Fwhoomp!
I would have changed the music into something else, it sounds too synthesized for me, but it's good that the sound-part develops as the world is moulded into shape.
I won't complain about the length, because there really isn't that much more to add to the world. It would quickly get boring if you added a lot more "creation of stuff" to the flash. So my opinion is that you've hit the spot when it comes to length.
Ofcourse you could continue along the same lines, making several episodes where his magic could be put to use, solving different problems that might occur in his little world. What would he do for entertainment, food, study, sociality and so on? It's possible for you to continue as a series, but in my opinion, the work looks best as this stand alone flash.
