I don't see how this is fun at all.. it's short, it's boring, it's just all around weak to be on Newgrounds. The positions are repetitive and boring, and if the entire three weeks that you trained for Flash, this is what you come up with? Try something more original.

Some while ago I made a game EXACTLY like this called "Digital gore simulator". Too bad it got blammed. Good thing it was on my brothers account.
Oh well... Here are some heads up on what I did that you didn't:
-A Caption bar
-A print button
-A thing that let you change the background
-Grenades
This is incredible...
...bad. The graphics are really ugly, the sound is torturing. The stickmen shout: "Make us posable." Stickmen are really predestinated to have movable body parts. There are way to few items, make more. Allow the user to define how many stickmen he wants and how many items. Offer more backgrounds. Etc., etc. This needs really a lot of work to be good.
