Now that is a good piece of work for a first submission! You did a really good job with the close ups of the character's faces and the transformation of Jazz is really smooth. The music was good as well.
What I'd like to see in future flashes. At the far away shots of the animation, I'd like to see a level dedication similar to the close ups. The looked a little sloppy if you asked me. Also when the music stopped and the flash went silent, I wouldn't of done that. I would of had some music playing softly in the background so people don't think you missed uploading something.
Other then all that I liked it and look forward to you next one.

Considering the fact that this is your first full flash, I would say that you have done an excellent job thereof. I must confess that it is somewhat interesting to be able to see aspects of the various characters put forth that doesn't come through in the cartoons: Ratchet's penchant for wrench tossing etc.
