If it's not finished, it's not worth submitting to Newgrounds. If you're fishing for critique, finish it, THEN submit it, then you'll get your critique.

Not finished...?
You barely started it, and what you did start was poor.
There's not even a whole lot constructive I can say...the best part was just the animated tank, which isn't your work in the first place.
The only original bit was the building...with a shakily drawn, grey stickman in the window.
Uhh...put some serious time into the artwork and story.
