I Wasn't Particularly Impressed
Symbols: The characters seemed a little over-chibi to me, and had quite simple designs. I know simplicity can be done for unique reasons (MoreLikeBlue), but your visuals didn't strike me as particularly unique or stylish. :\
Animation: A lot/all of your tweens were un-eased (or had easing that was much too insignificant for their situations to notice). Although the tweens didn't look terrible, there was a noticeable lack of complexity in movements, and, as mentioned, easing. Probably the only parts that struck me as visually interesting were the explosion clouds. :0
Audio: I guess I'm practically alone on this, but I didn't like the song. The lyrics seemed... well... cheesy, and the "remixing" sounded almost cliche. :[
Concept: The idea of a vampire having fun and spreading his control during the night, although not completely fresh, is fairly novel and acceptable. It just seemed to be presented in a somewhat uninteresting way, what with the audio and flat character movements. Try to start with fresher audio and character sprites, and let them move around more (with easing!). Good luck on your future movies, and sorry if I seem picky--I just think you have room for improvement that you could and should fill. :]
