A few problems.
See, the TANKMEN characters are supposed to be more blocky, and less detailed. Work on that. Oh, and they're supposed to be short and stubby.
Decent job, so you get a decent score. Work on the character models.

That was really funny but I reckon you could have had some random humour, like an appearance of the other army. I liked it how you gave the "Original Tankman" a deeper, inspiring voice, like he is a legend (coz he is).
