Nimbus

Mao did great verse, probably some of his best stuff thus far. But the second verse for Nimbus started, he took this first round victory. Highlight performance all around.

lyrics-wise neither were bad (while reading em), but, MM was the spoken-word equivalent of illegible handwriting. also his cadence/timing/whatever (im not up on the proper terms) was off so boo-urns on that. Nimbus' flow was obv better hands-down, maybe if there was more punch-i-ness in Mao's verses it'd be closer but... nahh. sorry dude but the son of the clouds got this one on lock. the Miracle Whip/Hellman punch def got an out-loud chuckle from me also

Like the rest below said.. lyrics were good from both sides... but as ill say time and time again.. Your Lyrics can be god like.. and slaughter any rapper... but if u cant deliver the lyrics enuf for people to understand without needing to "squint" with their ears.. they dont mean jack. Im not gettin at anyone.. im just saying.. if the lyrics werent here like last year.. people who cant be understood.. would lose.. every battle.. like I did last year.. simply cause i felt i didnt need to record my best since it was as u guys say.. "a rap battle" If this was an accapella battle.. u would still need to keep some kind of rhythm.. instead of just saying words.. weather they are clever or not. Since.. everyone is always looking foward to nimbus's battles.. i thought i'd just put this here.

Nimbus 1st 8 - Nimbus did "some" homework by using some track Titles from Mickeys page; however creativity on it was ehh..

Mickeys 1st 8 - I thought the shots were direct and whitty..lol alter boy

Nimbus 2nd 8 - Great counter from the remarks made in Mickeys first 8

Mickey 2nd 8 - I know Nimbus is pissed about these personal shots.

Lyrics were top notch by both, Nimbus on better delivery, Mickey on quality dissing..

Since its a battle, Im going with the quality dissing to give Mickey the advance by a cunt hair.

Best battle of the first round both MC were godly.

i really love this battle best one yet sadly only one MC can move up.

Nimbus, love your verses they had great lines great flow just it was all there. I like how you flip what Mao said in his first verse. respect you as a MC liking on what your doing and keep it up man.

Mao was all there too and i guess both MC had to come hard for each other. You had some funny nice lines "Nimbus, you're as soft as my woman's clitoris
If I tickle you right, you'll be dripping on ya pair of kicks" Lol your flow was nice too Like you as a MC too dude keep it up

Both MC really when hard in this battle and they both should go on but only one can go and i'm giving it to Nimbus for being there alittle more then Mao this was really hard to have a winner too but they had to be one or i would not be call a battle
