Can you move the "Go to BBS", I accidentally clicked on that instead of "continue," and music doesn't loop well. The GFX fits nicely with NG's. This is a great summary of Newground's rules and basics.

I think this would be very helpful to newcomers to Newgrounds, and also I just got my brother to make a account so I showed him this to get him started. He said it helped him very much. Thanks for the flash, man!

I saw your last attempt, and i must say that this is better. Though there are a couple of things that could be misunderstood, and also some spelling errors. Besides that, i think you should try to add more stuff, come on, i know you got something in your head to spread!!
