Is the little girl and the name "Millhaven" a Nick Cave reference?

The song "The Curse of Millhaven" was certainly an influence. I was searching for a name for the Asylum and came up with Killhaven. I then decided that the locals would "dub" it Killhaven due to the nature of the events that occurred there (involving the little girl "Blithe") many years past. But it should have a real name, so I researched Millhaven and came up with Peter Straub. He sets most of his horror stories in a fictional town called Millhaven. I think this influenced Nick Cave to write his song. Then of course there is a Millhaven Maximum Security facility in Bath, Ontario, Canada. Check out the Tragically Hip song "38 years Old" for that.
Anyway, all of these things collided to make me think that Millhaven Asylum was a perfect fit.

Recreational art? Nah; still cool though.
I give this a nine for many reasons one being this is a well draw animation with a lot of effort put in to it. (If not it looks like it). The beginning was very creepy, perfect for this time of year, however the reason i did not give it a ten is because i felt you dragged the ending on a bit with things that are very common ( i forgot the word) such as the bleeding rose. Over all i think it was a well deserved 9 and i voted 5
that was
disturbing but a good movie none the less
