Another enjoyable shooter.
I remember reviewing your first rebound game, actually, and once again I enjoy this one as well. As particularly positives go, the firearms "feel" really solid, which I enjoy. By that I mean that the sound coincides well with the recoil and apparent power of the gun, if that makes any sense. The graphics were great, given the nature of the game, as well. I'll admit that the 3 round burst on the machine gun that was said to be semi auto kind of threw me off, but that was an easy learning curve. If I had to complain about something, it would be the same as the first rebound, which was the heavy, angry, metal music on every level. When i read your comment saying that there was an options function, i was so eager to see a music off or music toggle button, but alas, sound off entirely just doesn't do it for me with regards to firing weapons. If you make further rebounds, or any other games, throwing in an option for one track that isn't so heavy for us non-metal heads/coloured people (i know, not all coloured people DON'T listen to metal, but if you were offended by that comment then newgrounds probably isn't the site for you anyway). As a side note, I am well aware that "coloured" is not politically correct. Anyway, this got well away from the point of the review, good job on another great game! Oh, one other thing, I wonder if it might have beeen possible (i know the 2 rebounds are quite finished now) to show the required score for advancement, if there was one. Or, otherwise, to have a minimum score, you know, to challenge the player BEFORE they get to the end of the game.
