Seriously man, i didnt think the lip synching was that bad, the drawings were alot better than alot of others on newgrounds, loved your story, and for some reason, this flash- compared to thousands of others, feels like the one of the only flashes with heart in it, and doesnt have insanity.
So
Graphics: Kicked ass man, im not saying it was the best, but it wasn't nearly the worst, 8-9ish
Sound,- Loved the music, the voice actings were god, why do you say it was bad?? 9
Story- semmed almost completely original, it was funny too, yay for... pacman 10
Improvements: You need to draw Just a tiny tiny tiny bit better, and the raining part got kinda budget, i could see the raindrops on a wall so...

I am totally favoriting this just because of the undergrads reference, nice drawing of rocko too! I loved your flashs, hilarious, pretty decent graphics, you're totally going into my favorite artists too! keep up the good work.

Yeah I like how this turned out. I would have liked to see a little more plot ( like getting with that other chick lol ) but pretty good if it was based of real events.
