Meh, not too good.
You made it feel like an anime, obliterating the sense of mindless violence characteristic of madness flashes, didn't enjoy it too much.

Didn't like it.
Reasons:
-Very Poor Characters / Development behind them (Namely showing the Ninja and Commando while leaving out the female charactr and scrapping the Tech-Character after barely any screen time. Bit characters are needed to move the plot along, but you don't place BC's in the same boat with the Main characters, give them long detailed pasts and importance then kill them off at the drop of a hat. Faces, like with the Female, is also a no-no. Cross's do just fine, avoid the abused and overused Anime style.)
-Poorer Plot (I know it's a madness Sub, I know barely any MS makes any sort of rational sense, but the fact is, you tried to give it your own detailed plot and failed to deliver and/or pull it together what with the whole 'Cyborg-Human-Revenge-Suicide-Run'.)
-Inacurate/Cheesy/Rediculously Made weapons ( A hand held Gattling gun? Sure, originality is welcomed but come on, a mini-gun thats no larger then a pistol complete with attached Dagger is far too unrealistic and overly flashy)
-Abused/Overused Anime-ish sytle (I don't need to get into this one, its already too obvious.I'll just state the female character as a prime exaple of what I mean by Overused Anime Style)
- Unoriginal (Been there, done that, seen her, seen that. The weapons are somewhat to very original, in which you have much to be proud of. The characters skeletons are, however, far too unoriginal. A Ghostly ninja, a Rouge commado with nothing to lose, an anime, big chested female assassin character and a little used technition that scrams 'I'll be dead by the end of the flash' from the very begining. the Black and White creatures reak too much of the 'Alien' series and the final evil villian looks like a Mega-Man Boss.)
Now, I dislike this very much and I hate being an asshole about this even more, but the animation of it all is very well done...But, As I've said, the plots broken, the characters are poorly made and poorly placed. They don't belong in the Madness universe, rather they deserev to be in an Anime Submission. Your a very good flash-artist and animator, but next time think about exactly what your going to submit. It fits the theme...but fairs very poorly.

the whole idea was kinda.... unoriginal and stupid. Animation was 4/5, story had no real plot line or point at all, so story, 1/5.
characters? the looked horrible. bad fashion sense.
