Amazing improvements
You completely nailed this by just making the game simple and easy to pick up, but you should a bit of story and dept.
Improvements would make this into a killer game, add a story, be able to pick up guns from enemies (may have to work on this to get right, the first game failed), add more melee weapons! (such as that crazy sword hank uses in the fourth?), perhaps some armor and something I thought might be awesome would be after your character has killed enough people he gains the bandages (maybe eye glasses and etc) that hank gains throughout the series. I was hoping to write that cleaner but I guess it will do. Great job.
What a total mess...
What a disgrace! Such a distasteful portrayal of the madness series! The concept is hideous and the controls are sloppy! This is hideous! A complete waste of time! I say good day to you sir, good day.. I'm just kidding man, this game is the complete opposite of everything I mentioned earlier in this review. This is an amazing nod to the madness series, the concept follows suit spectacularly, and the controls are awesome! I wish I could make something as good as this someday. To complete the title of this review: 'What a total mess... oozing with greatness and superior craftsmanship' ^-^ (Pays to read the whole review) Anyway, keep on keeping on man! The 5 is yours, take it its yours! Oops wrong movie, oh well. lol

you need to make it a litter more so that people can at least use the melee weaponry left by dead enemys. like madness interactive and all it's mods.
