Here's my review
I said I'd watch and review your flash and I have. :) Anyway, the graphics here are great and the animation is good. The sound, I wasn't too keen on the song, but it was good for this. While I didn't really like the song, I was happy that the lyrics were translated to English to understand the singing. The flash overall was good and although I don't celebrate Chinese New Year, I did think this was great for it. Good work!

The graphics in this flash was good. The song was alright although not that enjoyable if you don't understand Chinese, the subtitles were definitly nessesary. The animation synced up with the lyrics well.
-Bad-
This was a realy repeditive flash. The lyrics repeated alot and you repeated alot of the animation. This realy made this unfun to watch the entire flash.

Nice flash
This is a pretty neat way to celebrate the Chinese New Year. The predominant red and yellow theme makes it seem very dedicated to the Chinese Flag throughout, which is symbolic and patriotic.
I think the song is slightly repetative, but since you didn't write it, I can't complain to you about it, really.
I noticed you made it generic to all Chinese New Years, rather than waving goodbye to the year which has ended and welcoming in the new one which has started (Or the symbolic animal that it is associated with) Perhaps you did not consider this in the creation process.

Adorable
I think its so cute! I don't practice the Chinese new year, but I've participated in two of their festivals while I was in the area, and I've heard songs sung like this before. Good work, though the animation could use a few "in-between" stuff.. just to smooth it out a bit. 9/10 though ^^
