Fun zombiness

I feel that this game, although lacking in some aspects, deffinitly makes up for the quality gameplay it has given me, compared to most other flash games. I liked the smoothness, and the quickness of the levels, i liked the fact that you could build sandbags and barbedwire. granted there could have been more upgrades, but you've heard this before. I loved the action of the zombies dying, it wasnt like they were just dissapearing or some crap like that. Also me, being a fan of zombies, have to say there are pretty crappy zombie games out there, and this has to be one of the better ones that ive seen in a while. Hope to see more of your work, and dont let people get you down, just do what you love and others will love the passion that you put in your games.

Thanks for the pep-talk man. I may sound a little un-grateful, but it actually helped me out a little. Your right, screw those guys, lol. we appretiate the reveiw. :D

Good, but not great....

You get a 8/10 from me, not bad, but here ive got a few suggestions just to make your game a bit better.
Upgrades: We want more! Once you buy everything, your done, there, easy. Grenades should have to be bought, not just regenrate.
Enemies:HEADSHOT! A headshot to most enemies kills them, and while there was much variation, the only really different one was the headless one,
otherwise a headshot would destroy any of em. So what you should do, is make zombies stronger every level, make different ones, like legless, armless, headless(you have) maybe even other creatures.
Field of play: Chlosterphobic personas, beware! Theres not a ton of space in this game, and once you have the barbed wire, you dont have any time to waste before they get to it, so your forced to shoot if you dont want to pay for repairs, but you do have tons of money, so... yeah.
Defences: The more space the... better?! The defences were fine, but they were spread out, FAR out, disreguarding the wooden planks. The barbed wire was far out there, and the mines were behind it? Thats doesnt make much sense... cant you place the mines outside of the walls? Ide say just squeeze em in, and have the mines on the outside.
Weapons: Yaknow what, not bad! The weapons, or rather weapon, of this game was fun. You dont really need to change that. But the upgrades were too cheap for the amount of income you got. You could buy all the waepon upgrades and no defences after about 3 rounds.
Difficulty: 1 shot to rule them all... Really, i found this game to be very easy, and it doesnt get much harder after time. You must make it harder! Stronger enemies, faster ones, and anything really, just make it harder.
Graphics:You need a graphics change button. most of the graphics are pretty crummy, i mean, i dont want 3D xbox 360 stuff, just not so pixely in certain areas, like the defences and the enemies. A graphics change button with 3 settings would also be much appreciated.
Rating 8/10 Very Good! I can see that this could be better, but with just a little more effort, this could be great!

LOL

Carpel Tunnel.... OW!

It's nice to kill zombies...

Very good. Solid base of gameplay and it really makes you to fight for your virtual life.
But...(always a but) PlEASE make sequel where: the main char. isn't showing (he's hiding in the shadows with a rifle).

Adjust the sounds to more powerful ones (like the gun), add more interactivity (instead of the message your'e dead the zombies should really eat him!) and the graphics... smoothen them. that's all if you should make a second one where you work on the minor flaws of this addictive game! :)

Nice game!

There was a good amount of enemy variety, with dogs and headless zombies being the most obvious, introducing a new type each round always works well and the increasing numbers later on scales up pretty nicely. The sound effects and music match pretty well (although there are no zombie noises). An ending would have given you another point or so, as would a few more upgrades. I liked that it only had a few weapons, so no point reduction for that. I just mean more gun and grenade upgrades maybe (and a bit more room on the screen maybe as when you have all the barricades the zombies practically spawn on the barricades...) The headshot system works as well, considering it's well worth the time to aim for the head for a one hit kill when body shots can take up to 10 hits. It would have been cool if each power upgrade added a level of pierce (level 2 hit 2 zombies, 3 hit 3, and so on). I found that the ammo pile click to reload was a double edged sword, as it allowed you to play with just the mouse and one button, but in a hectic zombie rush it was difficult to reload quick enough at times. Overall this is a great game that does well with the minimalist idea of just a gun and grenades. It stays fun untill a few stages after you get all the upgrades, and by then most people are dead anyway.
