As I listened I thought it was very beautiful and flowed elegantly. Then I thought, okay now would be a great time to cut out the drums for a bit to make contrast, and then you did. I thought this song really needed a soft melody of synth or piano in the background to finish it off, and sure enough I got my synth melody at 2:45. You must be hypnotizing me xD Way to get the rating you've earned!

This is the drum and bass that I love. The sound of being out of this world while still being down to earth from the beautiful drum line and well-placed bass and synth. The pads were gorgeous. The VSTs were out of this damn world, man. Wonderfully done. Truly a work of art. You have a gift, and I hope you continue to share it with the world.

Doesn't really get old...
Besides lacking a clear melody for most of the piece, I think the part at 2:27 could use some bass to counterpoint the drums.
As far as EQ goes, were you talking about the phased synth that gets a little crunchy? I would turn down ALL the lows at that part and boost the highs...maybe it would clean it up a bit.

The section you mentioned was supposed to sound exactly the way it was made. All my general EQ work was going to the rest of the song, just trying to give it a more filing sound and get some of the hidden high-end sounds out in the open. Other then that the song came out better then I ever expected, but I've slowly stopped trying to EQ it and just dealt with the version that I have up currently. Thanks for the review.
