Not terrible...
My main problem with the flash is the absence of audio. I am assuming the guy gets shot, but there is no audio, or no visual to suspect this. If you wanted to go for a silent look (such as no dialog or sound effects) there should at least be some background music to break the monotony. Also without audio, you should show why the man is acting the way he is. As far as the blood is concerned, It appears kind of randomly, it just jumps out without transition. You should try to make it gradually expand over a series of frames rather than show up fully in a frame. The Plus side to the absence of the audio, and the lack of initial understanding of what happened to the man, is that the viewer is as dissoriented as the man who was just injured. That's all I have for you. If it goes through cheers, if it doesn't try some of the things I mentioned and re-submit it.
