game works fine and good, but obvioulsy I blam stuff that isnt finished

Promising, but feeling too slow
It looks like a good start, but currently, the car turns way too slow, giving the game a slow feeling. You can barely drive through the corners, and slowing down doesn't help either. Otherwise, looks good so far.

So what needs to be done.
Well the only sound effects are at the start, so maybe there should be some optional background music (3 choices, and a mute button).
Also, there should be more levels of difficulty...
For example, that could be the easy level, but the harder levels can have potholes, mud, zoom pads, awkward twists and turns and other obstacles.
You could also show the results for all the laps, and give the player the options of how many laps they want.
The car should also be customisable. They can maybe choose the car colour, the size of the car, and maybe they can alter the specifications of the car (e.g. power, steering etc.).
There can also be a countdown race, where the player has to do so many laps of the track in a certain amount of time. If they do, they proceed into the next round.
And there's 2-player, and comp races, but it would be best if you made a different game for that.
The graphics are nice and clean though.

It shouldn't get through...
... but that doesn't mean it's bad, it's actually pretty good. All i'd say is more tracks obviously, less laps, 10 laps is pretty boring, even though they are only like 10 seonds a lap. You could have 10 laps if there were CPU opponents, taht'd be pretty cool. More cars too, like if you get less than a certain time on each track you can unlock a new car etc.
