it was a pointless ramble.
background noise cut in and out like posted before. it didn't catch my attention on the point. you should have made the pople in the background do something besides just walk around....say for instance if it is club blood have a vampire stumbling over a dead body or someone running by with a chainsaw. make it more funnier. but good job on the lip sync. and drawings were decent. i would love to see more from you. just keep an eye on these problems.
For the purposes of the assignment, the animation wasn't meant to be about the people in the background but the character in the foreground. The people in the background were added at the last minute, if you couldn't tell by their crap quality.
"Make it more funnier". Poor grammar on your part but on the other hand the guy was pretty damn funny all on his own. After all it was an experiment in lip synch and character animation, not comedy writing.
The background was drawn separately in Painter. Can't really do anything more with it, really.

Kinda Dull
The background was pretty basic, and the sound had a few issues, like when the background noise suddenly cuts in and out whenever Dracula speaks or stops talking.
Probably because it was shot for a university project, in a crowded area. I'm a designer, not a sound tech.
