Reviews for "Adolf Hitler:CAI493+D 010"

So...

So.. what do you hope to do with this submission? Or the series? Sure I loved it, but seriousley dont you just expect that by the time he gets to 493 that there will be another 100 pokemons? Anyway exciting frame of action. Awesome.

AfroUnderscoreStud responds:

When they release more Pokémon there'll be more flashes, which is why I put a '+' in the title ;)

Hitler looks like he's wearing a gas mask..

I guess it was a mandatory fashion accessory. You've made it through 10, but every challenge along the way, with courage he will face! I can't wait for some more awesome Pokémon adventures.

Lots of people hate poor Caterpie :(

Shame on them all for hating Caterpie. Sure, it may not be good at first, but when it gets to evolve to Butterfree, it's then awesome and Butterfree kicks ass. Anyway, the background you used here is perfect for Caterpie and the Caterpie Adolf Hitler, it's wonderful. Hitler's eyes do look hilarious there. XD The only disappointing thing here is the music that you've used again. :( Oh well, this flash still rocks.

AfroUnderscoreStud responds:

Caterpie (Japanese: Caterpie) is a Bug-type Pokémon.

Caterpie comes with the Ability Shield Dust.

Caterpie evolves via level, into Metapod starting at Level 7, then into Butterfree starting at Level 10.

Biology

Physiology

Caterpie resembles a green caterpillar with yellow ring-shaped markings down its body. Its most notable characteristic is the bright orange antennae on its head. These and the large eye-shaped markings help to startle predators. Its shares many characteristics with other larval Pokémon such as Wurmple and Weedle, suggesting that their evolutionary lines are closely related.

Special abilities

The antennae on its head will omit a terrible stench of it is touched, or if the caterpie is frightened. This serves as an effective protective mechanism against most predators. Its feet are tipped with suction cups, permitting this Pokémon to scale most surfaces with minimal effort.

Behavior

Caterpie grow very quickly, and need to eat voraciously in order to meet their energy requirements. They have various adaptations which permit them to safely devour plant material, including an antennae that releases a horrible smell. It will shed its skin many times before finally cocooning itself in thick silk. While some Trainers are disgusted by the idea of Bug-type Pokémon, they are ideal targets for new Trainers as they are fairly weak in the wild and evolve into their final forms at a low level.

Habitat

Caterpie can often be found in wooded areas, such as Viridian Forest.

Diet

Caterpie primarily feed on vegetation, such as tree leaves.

In the anime

Ash Ketchum had a Caterpie that eventually evolved into Metapod and then Butterfree.

A Caterpie that belonged to a young trainer named Zander ate some of Dr. Gordon's enhanced Rare Candies and turned giant. Zander's Caterpie eventually evolved into a Mothra-sized Butterfree.

In the manga

In Pokémon Getto Da Ze!, Shuu has a Caterpie that he uses in various creative ways, mostly involving strange uses of its String Shot.

Pokémon Special

Caterpie's first appearance is a cameo in Bulbasaur, Come Home! as one of the Pokémon that escapes from Professor Oak's Laboratory. It also makes a cameo in The Secret of Kangaskhan.

Yellow had a Caterpie named Kitty, which she did not want to evolve. However, in the battle against Lance, she did not have her Pokédex, which she needed to stop her Pokémon from evolving, and so Caterpie evolved into Metapod and then into Butterfree right afterwards.

In the TCG

Four Caterpie cards have been released.
Base Set: Caterpie
Neo Discovery: Caterpie
Expedition Base Set: Caterpie
EX FireRed and LeafGreen: Caterpie

Trivia
A common mistake involving Caterpie is that people believe it to be the smallest Pokémon, though there are several Pokémon shorter than its one-foot stature.

Origin

Caterpie is a stylized caterpillar, most likely resembling a Spicebush Swallowtail caterpillar.

Name origin

Caterpie's name is a corruption of caterpillar.

German: Raupy
French: Chenipan - Chenille means caterpillar, and pan means trail. It is a pun on the word chenapan, meaning rascal.

Over reactions...

People seriously need to calm down about these...just because it has a picture of Hitler doesn't automatically mean you support him or his actions...on top of that you're adding stuff on his picture and making him look funny, and if anything you're insulting him, which people should see as a GOOD thing...

Anyways I think these are great! Can't wait to see some of the legendaries.

Clever.

The eyes made me laugh xD but the song you used last time with Blastoise...so I took off a point sorry.
