Ah, Memories.

This is pretty cool. These boss fights take me way back. Now, I see a lot of heated reviews saying either "OMG SUX 2 HARD" or "You kids don't know how good you have it! Why in my day..." and though I'm quick to support the old-school gamers because I've beaten each of these games on their original platforms, let me just remind you of one little thing: THESE BOSSES WERE HARD. Let he who never screamed in frustration at their NES cast the first stone.

Now obviously some were harder than others. Abobo was a wuss compared to Thunderbird, but one was a early game boss and another was and end game boss. (By the way, for those of you complaining about the Shadow Link fight, he is MUCH easier in this Flash than he is on the NES. Just keep running from side to side and keep stabbing and you should win.)

I do have a couple of minor complaints, first off, not being able to do anything except punch in the Abobo fight makes things significantly more difficult and led me to abuse the drum. Also, his flunkies are a bigger threat than I remember them being. (Ironically, in this flash I have a tougher time with Abobo than with the other bosses.)

Second, I'm not a fan of doing things over and over again. If I beat a boss, that should be good enough. The star ranking was an interesting idea, I'm just not a fan of it.

Other than that, it was a great tribute to the good old days. Well done.
