Not as classic, but still good
The other two are certainly more memorable, but this is good. Before the supervillian was just kind of a random element.. Personally I don't think he's done anything to get national attention yet, just a couple of nobody superheroes trying to beat him.
He works best with random violence, not so much with the storyline..
Perhaps you could make him be a good guy for the downtrodden but because people dont pay attention to them, he'd still be considered a bad guy. Just my thoughts.
