nice platformer!
yes, the bunny suit does scare me, as do the fish skeletons healing you, but it's a nice platformer with good level design, and lots of potential for sequels.

And also good controls and everything, but the gameplay quickly becomes boring. Perhaps try adding some sort of puzzle games or other additions to the basic platformer would improve the overall quality of the submission?

Now this is truly what a game is all about. What you have here is a fun game. Although this isnt one of the better submissions, for platform or just in general for games I really dont understand how it isnt. One bad side to it is the lack of story I mean whats the point of doing this game if there isnt a story to back up, or give reason to play it? Another bad side is how the game itself seems to go on forever and the lack of real levels or bosses. The gameplay is fun, but it gets way to repeatitive and way to boring after awhile. Again without levels the game also seems to be way to much work to complete it, again whats the point of getting fish and carrots if you dont get rewarded for it. There wasnt any bosses ether. Or at least not as far as I went which again didint add to the difficulty level that it had. Which wasnt that great ether, it seemed like the only time I would lose health would be if I hit a cactus or somthing. The other enemy didint pose any threat at all. Which brings me to say "Whats the point of having only two types of enemies?"
Positives
1. The graphics- everythig looks and feels like it fits in place and it has a generally nice look to it.
2. Gameplay- although repetitive and boring, for that first few minutes its actually alot of fun.
Negatives
1. Enemies- two sets of enemies? Come on wheres the effort there?
2. Lack of purpose- No story or flavour to set itself apart and a just a whild goose chase of a game.
Anyway despite all the negatives this game isnt half bad, its fun for the most part and it looks good. All in all, a good job.

7.5 i like the animation style for the bunny was alright i think you did what you set out to do with the whole nintendo sega thing but i thought it was sorta bland
