As my last review on one of your submissions. it lacks total quality,and lets the whole madness series down. Study Krinkles' characters,and copy theyre body structure if you have to,then you can change it ,to be santa or whatever pleases you .
Tips :
1. learn to animate ,smoothly,and decently.
2. Learn to draw decent characters, weapons, and background/scenery.

you did seem to try and put a good amount of efort and... well it din't turn out to well... god... can't realy give you eny construcktive critisisum here... um mabie you should try and I dono... prevuew this befor submiting it or try to duplicate the maddness styl a lil more... if you redo this and then submit it then it may be beter but untill then... this was rather bad...
Needs more work
I guess I'll start out with taking the time on working on it, mainly don't go with your first idea. With the fighting, don't always stab in the head, and have the enemy fight back more. It looks too easy and really obvious that Santa will win. Try not to have long pauses at the end of each scene. The animation was all right and the music seemed to fit. What I recomend is show it to your friends and get thier opinions before submitting, that way you know what needs fixing and perfected.

Don't keep making awful clones of a great series... You have a great idea and concept, christmas madness which I like and think could be really good, but the animation is just awful. It's too choppy and people kinda just jump from place to place, with no smoothing of their movements. Please spend more time on the next one, make it a worthwhile tribute to madness instead of just another boring subpar clone.

the intro was nice but then..... bwuah! it sucked he killed them like he killed the others and way to bad sprites and don't use that kind of music in madness. and don't make stupid cartoons. it looks like a joke or something else bad.
