Its funny for the fact the guys on a segway running away from the noobs. "AHHHHHHHH!" sounds really funny, the way he says it. bad voice quality, but good animation. FUNNY!

I think I've improved my graphics, but they're not great in this one. And they're spamming because.. that's what noobs do when they see a skill cape.
