that you may get a cease and desist notice from Capcom in the future.

And why do you think RE5 is racist? I think it actually makes sense, instead of a viral outbreak in a developed nation like the USA or the UK, place it in a third world country with harsh conditions.
Overall The flash seemed uninspired, using only a few pictures and modification, with repetitive texts and unintelligent dialog. the lack of audio hurt this further as it was very bland.
I'm surprised this passed, given the lack of effort you seem to have put into it.

I highly doubt that this game is intended to be racist. So what if it takes place in africa or the zombies are african american... does it really matter where the game takes place or what color skin pigmentation the zombies are? The zombies in the other games are caucasian i believe... did caucasians get angry? no! Resident evil five IS NOT A RACIST GAME!!!
