An original idea but...
I think you tried to complexify this game too much without having something satisfying or playable. It's like this eagle that you don't wan't to hit because it makes you win without something gratifying but that you must hit otherwise you lose. Also the difficulty level is absent and it makes the game a lot less attractive that it could be.
And also, I have to say than the music you choosed is quite horrible.

It's all right, good animation, okay game. Unfortunately, there's still a glitch where a bird or something flies out and kills me. I didn't see anything about it in the instructions, so I have to assume it's glitched in some way.
nb but...
This game is quite addictive but there is a ton of glitches. Often you can swing the ball at the other person and knock them off the cliff and the screen will move but will do nothing more, sometimes they will fall but not go into the "death" animation and then he just looked ready to swing at the bottom of the cliff, things like this...Dunno what caused them.
And Recklessknight, the idea is when the eagly comes at you to hit the eagle into the other person - its pretty funny.
