Reviews for "Slaughter '06"

cool a mundo!

the fight scenes were great.well it was all a fight scene.finish it already!

Very good

I think you should definatly finish this up. It was very good!

What I don't understand, wtf about Disturbed ? That song while they were fighting was Dimmu Borgir - Puritania. I don't know about the intro, so I'm suggesting it's Craddle of Filth cause I don't like Disturbed, but don't give credits when they aren't due :)

Shytuz responds:

Well the intro is song is Disturbed - Stricken but the main song is Dimmu Borgir. :P

nice

Good for being unfinished and liked the shotgun as a spear.

ok, but....

The "flashing" got in the way of the fighting AND became annoying after a while. The music didn't do much for me, and.... why is he using the SHOTGUN (a GUN enemies get SHOT with) like a staff/spear? In the course of a "xiao xiao-esque" fight like this, I could understand if he spent up the ammo and THEN continued to use the weapon (despite going dry of ammo) in that way. And yes, I know this is a little thing to pick on, but really, you'd have to suspend your belief a little and that takes you out of the flash.

But otherwise, it was a good flash when you consider everything else.

Shytuz responds:

Thank you, yes maybe it was a weird idea to use the shotgun as a spear/staff but somehow I liked it.
It gives the main character a cool look about how he kicks everyone ass.

We were first planned to add a story on it so it wouldn't have become a normal ''beat up'' animation.
But somehow we were done for it, we couldn't and didn't want to animate anymore for the project.

Cool but dumb.

The animation is nice, but I've been watching stick figures beat each other up for literally years.

Shytuz responds:

Then stop watching stick figures, I know much people hate it.
But I still like to see the ''beat each other up'' genre, that's my/our taste. :P

Still thanks for the review.
