Although I haven't played this particular monkey island game, I have played Escape from monkey island and one of the others. And I must say, this is awesome. You apologize for your accent, but in my opinion it fits in perfectly, and it's plenty high quality. I love the rediculously fast pace of the movie (it reminds me of Egoraptor, but the humor is a different kind.)

Ich finde die englische Version sogar besser als die deutsche. Irgendwie kommt Guybrush's quarkiege Stimme noch besser rüber :).
Auf jeden fall auch ein grosses lob für die Animation, herlich überzogen. Erinnert mich an eine Mischung aus Decline und der Awesome Reihe.
Weiter machen :D, ich will den zweiten Teil sehen.

I'm fluent in both german and english. But that's beside the point. THIS ANIMATION IS FANTASTIC. I agree that some of the humor is lost in translation but both versions had me falling out of my chair laughing. I think the "sloppy" animation and the super-ADD method of telling the story were major pluses for the flash. I can't wait to see more from you in the future =D

Well, I've seen and listened to the German one before this one.
It's a tad bit better due to some jokes and pronounuacion.
But still worth 8/10, for the good translation and effort!
