Alrighty.
Everything was great, animation, backgrounds, sound, and characters, but...
it wasn't that funny. Maybe it would appeal more to little kids. The jokes and humor needs to be worked on, while everything else is right on the money!

Smooth animation, nicely drawn
Very well made, has more "content" than most of the flashes we see here.
If one thing was less good it would be that it was kind of slow... Like pauses between things the cat and dog did that shouldn't be there.
