But if it was a real battle I think the jedi would win. If were looking at normal ninjas, they weren't mystical warriors who shot magic and controlled dragons. They were just very sneaky dudes with shurikens and daggers and what not.
Then again, Jedi aren't even a real life thing
I guess if your making your own kind of ninja, but in terms of real ninjas the jedi would win.

-For a better end you should made the jedi rising the ninja and at the final ninja moment, the ninja throw a shuriken on the jedi neck few seconds before the jedi kill the ninja.

Awesome battle. Extremely epic. A nice sequel would be like to have a nija vs. jedi war or something! No flaws. Though it turned out as a more dragon ball z ending
