The loading screen was a creative Idea, and the whole plot about the cocco waqs also funny because it is kinds true i you've ever played any Zelda game.

The loading screen gag is actually a double pun referencing a quote from Highlander (which itself is a pun on the song "A Kind of Magic" by Queen) and the magic meter that appears in some Zelda games.
And yes, those cuccos are dangerous. My Idea here was to spoof the OoT super cuccos with a DBZ twist. They're super alright, super SAIYAN! XD
