At first, I thought it was pretty cool how it could guess my number when I didn't even tell it anything... but then I tried a few more times, and I realized that no matter what number you use, it always comes out to 36.

It works with any number that includes irrational, imaginary and, zero. It is an algebraically true statement. Try it with some AS to vary the equation and the answer a bit to make it more impressive so it's not the same answer every time with the same equation every time. also add in some multiplication and division. Then at least it won't be the same every time even if it will still be lame.

I mean OK you take X you do some sort of stuffs with it ( which could be summed up as "add 36 to X" ), then you substract X...
OK it sounds like magic to those who do not do maths, but I don't think it is really worth it :P
