Just make it, don't call it fallout. There are so many things you could call it instead, even if it looks like a "clone" to everyone else.

I have a nice project I am going to be finishing sometime soon. Sadly its not fallout, but I have a lot of talented people helping me with this one. Keep an eye out for it.

A number of reasons.
But the most damning is just the fact that I need to focus on my own original proprieties. I really want to focus on a real full game. And I think the fact that this isn't my own IP would constantly degenerate my ambition to put my full effort into it. But you never know, I am about to release a game that I once canceled 4 years ago.
