Did you draw from David Firth for inspiration? The setting, pacing, and color palette were similar to his, only far more lighthearted and playful. The lead character was executed perfectly, with a finesse rarely captured using frame-by-frame animation. Some advice: continue developing this character, only with more creative stories than jelly-gluttony.

Well, i admire the work of David Firth , plus i love the contrast of opaque colors, :) ,so that has something to do with the movie.
Now that's makes me think, i have been searching for a character to make something like a series, and that's not a bad suggestion, to keep him for at least another project.
