Reviews for "Super Mario bros Z intro"
It's good, I like it, but it has its flaws
Like others, I registered just to make a comment on this:
Graphics:
5 - cause everything is made up of pixels (except the title, which was 3d and that flash at the upper right of the Z was good). However, the way you modified some of it made it look good, like Mecha Sonic's 'super' form, his head is the same but the body is that of Megaman X's body (in giga armor right?) or Luigi's expression when closed up.
Style:
It's almost like every other sonic/mario crossover, so what's new to this? It's because how you finished it, how it was made, the flashes, explosions, the tweening of the frame to the next frame, there weren't any cuts, it was all smooth. I didn't imagine a DBZ like storyline be put into these famous game characters. Plus, it has an anime feel, and I'm an anime fan myself. So you get a 9 from me.
Sound:
I don't understand what the music is trying to tell me (must learn japanese...) and I read in one review it tells us about how this singer lose his gf (lol). However, I like that how the sound fits to the scene, like any anime intro out there, as long as the 'feel' to it takes place and the scenes shown in this part mixes well with the music, I don't care what the song is about. I give it an 8.
Violence:
Well let's see... not much except the showing of Mecha Sonic with the burning background and the last part when the 5 heroes goes head to head with Super Mecha Sonic flying over the burning city. I give it a 3.
Interactivity:
Umm... 3, one for the play button, 2 for the quality buttons, 3 for the reply button.
Humor:
Love the look on Luigi's face when he faces danger and when he stumbles around in the middle of the intro. Other then that, there's not much to laugh at, so I give it a 5.
Overall:
8, cause it's good, it's not original but the way it's finished made it look original! (much of the movies today aren't original, in fact, they're derived from books, comics, famous characters, histories, etc, so people who tells Alvin that he 'steals' from Nintendo and Sega, I would call it 'borrowing' and using it in a manner that's creative and it is presented well which has gathered a lot of fans who have seen his work.) Good job and keep it up, I'm looking forward to the next episode.

You should make cel-shaded versions of the intro and episodes. That way you can improve SMBZ. But I have one question for you:
What is the name of the Japanese song playing in the intro?
