Not to seem rude but I found it hilarious. The artwork was great, it just was too repetitive. Like you said, the running wasn't that great and you should get more differing sounds for footsteps but it was funny. You gave me my first laugh of the day. Thank you. :P
Pretty Good Overall
Not the greatest sound or actual animation but the graphics were good.
well done... except for the running, the girl is..
looks god needs better sound and more frames on the running. like you could get multiple step noises the mix it up it would look better. Having voice acting would help a lot, but I do understand how hard it is to find the right voice.
I forgot to mention this, but I didn't think it necessary to add any voice acting, considering there was only one or two lines of dialogue.

every flash needs voice acting to make it quality. also liek the dude below me said needs to be longer and have more of a plot and more frames and action. and the running sound sounded more like a tommy gun than running
Nice art, but..
Repetitive, low quality sounds and not much animation. For example, when Sephiorth is banging on the door and Aerith is running, there's only 2 or so frames. Nothing in between. So it would be really nice if you put more work into animating the characters and maybe using higher quality sound effects. Besides that it was okay.
