Fun...ish...
It was good and stuff, some levels are really hard. Thanks to one reviewer, I found the 'Unlimited Darts' box at the level select. On Level 33, which everybody 'says' they beat, how are you supposed to beat it? Is there a bomb on top of the screen where you can't see it? Even WITH unlimited darts, I can't figure it out. Stupid people who think they beat it...
For all those complaining about level 33.
It's not hard to beat, all it requires is a little thinking. For those who are incapable of thinking: The way to beat it is to hit the lone freeze balloon at the bottom of the second row. Then what you are supposed to do is bounce the dart off of the frozen balloons onto the mutli-directional popping balloon (hit NOTHING else). Lastly, you are supposed to aim for the first light-saber balloon, which then hits the bomb and takes out the remaining balloons. It still takes some practice (unless you have it on unlimited dart mode) but this is how to beat the level.
As for the game itself, I like the creator made Bloons but the player pack is a mix of interesting, frustrating, and mediocre. There are some really intelligently designed levels, and then there are some that require you to fluke your way to victory. Overall, a decent package that is not for everyone.

You need to test levels before you brainlessly chuck them in.
Lv 26 for example is impossible unless you would discover some sort of glitch.
Has it's ups and downs.
Like others before me have said, it has it's challenging levels, it has it's mediocre levels, and then the just plain frustrating levels.
A great idea and concept, but for fucks sake, enough of the "You hit one ice balloon and you can't complete the level" stages. Seriously....they're a dime a dozen and it just gets annoying to the point where you just quit.
Good game overall, but try and be more creative with levels.
