It is possible 2 beat lvl 10 without unlimited darts
BUT YOU WILL NEVER DO IT!!!
You gotta hit the Bloon and then go straight in. Try throwing the dart STRAIGHT Up. Then angle it to get it in. I didnt have the patience to do it maybe you can

You need to shoot it almost verticaly, (with high power) so it comes almost straight down avove the spike ballon and breaks the brown block before the spike ball does ^_^
not that hard, although it might take a few tries
level 10....
level ten cant be beaten without unlimited darts.....but overall ok game
