It's allright
The hands have been done like that in looks of things already, you probably did them like that because you couldn't be bothered doing the animation of arms moving so you just used circle hands that just float in mid air. It's understandable that your just too lazy to do arms and proper hands (It's Ok, I'm lazy too :P )
And I know we aren't really meant to talk about other peoples reviews to flashes but I just have to say that 'BWF' Is completely wrong and is a total ass hole who knows shit all. A 4 year old can't even read let alone make a flash movie. You don't see 4 year olds using computers do you?

I did the hands like that for sort of a Rayman look, and also because i based this off of a series called Black Mages or something? It gave me the original idea.
